Since it is a guest house we kept it as elegant and practical as possible not missing out on the luxurious feels of the space. The home comprises a formal living area, informal living area, dining area, balcony deck, office room and 4 spacious bedrooms. The rooms are adorned with dark walnut wood toned wooden flooring and the main areas with beige Italian marble. Our goal was to bring out luxury within a modest budget of Rs.60,00,000.
 
All colors and textures used are earthy and welcoming. This simple yet glowing home is decorated with all custom made pieces that work wonderfully to bring out the beauty of each individual space. The entire home is engulfed with natural light. The grand balcony deck is a space to entertain with a gorgeous bar and it overlooks the Cubbon Park and Vidhan Soudha. All rooms are in hues of pastels and different themes to bring out the magnitude of the spaces. Bespoke furniture pieces made by us, Italian leather furniture from Hiddensmith, Bangalore, and rugs from Jaipur Rugs have also been used to accentuate the entire home. 
All in all, from the colors to the simple straight lines on the false ceiling, everything in this home speaks in symphony.
